TALKING HEAD RERRING

During the COVID-19  Lockdown Mor Created a short film for the 8th edition of KarteNoire2502 inspired by the theme "Red herring".

An auto-ironic essay about the search of identity and meaning.

 

A fish with existential nausea, the Dalai Lama in the toilet, Klaus Kinski on the wall, a freudian coffee cup and hipster Einstein meet in Morke’s apartment.

COFFEE I LOVED YOU

During the first COVID-19  Lockdown Mor Created a short film for the 7th edition of KarteNoire2502.

​

"Coffee I loved you" is a pseudo-philosophical musical essay about the pursuit of happiness.

 

Morke and her best friend, the laptop, embark on a journey together to discover what happiness really means. With self-irony the artist is confronting us with the paradox of happiness - "Where ignorance is bliss, 'Tis folly to be wise" (Thomas Gray)

Mor's debut short film as a director.
Premiered May 2016 in the 69th Cannes Film Festival.

THE PAIN INSIDE

A documentary film Mor took part in as an assistant director and as a protagonist.

The Pain Inside exposes the influences of the obligatory military service on the Israeli society.
